Telehealth

Sometimes we benefit from support to “grow the good” or cope effectively in our complex world.

Potential clients

My practice currently centers adults struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, emotional eating, and/or stress-related physical concerns related to life situations such as:

  • Relationship, family-of-origin, parenting challenges
  • Layoffs, retirement, career transitions
  • Seasonal changes (aka “the winter blues”)
  • Infertility or pregnancy loss
  • Caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue
  • New or chronic health conditions
  • Eco-grief and climate anxiety
  • Political or global events

Fees and insurance

As of 2019, I am no longer paneled with insurance plans. Fees for all services are due at time of service, with superbills provided for those seeking insurance reimbursement.

In my experience, many plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover up to 60% of my fee. I’m also happy to discuss sliding scale fees if space is available, and to brainstorm ways to make our work together affordable.
